NatWest Invest S&S ISA vs Vanguard etc - fees

I currently have both Vanguard and Natwest for investments and have strangely noticed that when one goes up the other goes down and same other way around. That seems unlikely. As growth period outnumber negative and we have had a strong growth period over the last few years, if one was doing the opposite of the other, it would have a loss.
What is more likely is that you are looking at single day differences where the snapshot valuation points are different.
ETFs are close to real time for values (often lagging 20 minutes behind). UT/OEICs are overnight at some point depending on the software. Pension funds and life funds can be further behind.
Each gets the right value at transaction point. Its just the way they are shown.I am tempted to move all to Natwest closer to the time of retirement as it will all be in one place but the offer of a dedicated business manager if I sign up to the premier banking account would allow easy access to customer service and may be a factor if I moved it sooner. what is peoples thoughts on this.gimmicky and paying for something you are not likely to need. Natwest can easily be beaten on cost, functionality and website with whole of market options. So, unless you particularly like the service or software that much that you pick the more expensive option, then there is no other reason to be with them. (note, I wouldn't pick Vanguard either - although I do have some Vanguard funds in my portfolio)
