Attempting to set up a cash ISA and finally managed, after several manual checks on my driving licence and my face id, again probably my fault as one was without glasses, to transfer some money in, instant transfer didn't work either.
So sent the money via bank transfer and they emailed back with a mismatch on it, turns out I used a joint account which I didn't realise would cause a problem.
They want a pdf bank statement showing account and transaction details.
As I have online statements this won't be possible until the end of January and even then I don't want to send details of all my financial transactions.
I tried screen shots of the separate pages but the transaction page doesn't have account details on it.
They keep sending things off to be reviewed and I have asked for the money to be returned which, yes, has gone off for review. 
I can resend from my saving account but now I'm wondering whether to continue with them or go elsewhere as it's likely I would be putting money in and out during the year.

Who is the bank you need a PDF statement from? They are often available to be generated online.

Can generate a PDF of any statement using the app, haven't looked online. You'll have to decide if you have concerns about 212 seeing transaction details, you could redact them but that means editing the PDF which rather negates providing a PDF in the first place.....

Most banks retain PDF statements for download online.  So, just download last months one.

The bank is interested in the page with your name, address, sort code and account number.  They don't look at transactions.

Thanks, just tried downloading a pdf version of  this month but although it shows transactions it doesn't have the account names and only last 4 digits of my account number!

Are you using the app?

We must be looking at different PDF download mechanisms, mine shows full details  - why would a bank statement redact an account number or name?

Are you looking in the right place? In the app, when I select a current account and click "Statements" it takes me to a page where I have lots of account statements that show name, address, full account number and transactions.

You are right about the statements but I only get the Account Summary statement once a month, so I need the January statement but that won't happen until the end of January and I really don't want them seeing all my
 Information.
So I'm hoping they get this sorted and close the account and return my money ASAP.

The last statement available would have been fine, but if you've decided you don't want the account then it's moot.

T212 only requires a recent statement with the requisite information, it doesn't need to be for the current month.
