Balance Transfer

I followed your instruction and used the 16 digit number. Very pleased to report balance transfer worked.Lydscorsab said:Chase do now accept balance transfers into the credit card accounts ( to pay off the balance with them and move it to another credit card ). I accidentally used the 16 digit card number as opposed to the 16 digit ref number that you’re meant to use. As a result Chase reversed the transfer back to my MBNA card within a few days. When you log in to the Chase app, there is a section in the credit card details where it asks if you’re transferring to another card. Click that section and it will display a 16 digit ref number that you can copy and use to complete a transfer. Hope this helps!
