    As you have been named as driver by the keeper, you cannot use Pofa2012

    What is the contravention ?

    How long was the vehicle on site ?

    Have you got pictures of the signage ?

    This isn't what we wanted.

    Darn! I posted what success would look like and this isn't it. We wanted your wife to have an unbeatable defence.

    You cannot win an appeal v an IPC firm as the false 'appeals process' & the kangaroo court of the IAS is as bent as a nine bob note.

    But do respond, and just admit to driving and ask for all photo evidence as well as a picture of the signage at the time.

    DO NOT TRY THE IAS. Ignore Alliance after confirming you were driving & asking for that evidence which will help you defend.
