No, as you have an existing HSBC account.
However, if you qualify, there is no downside in upgrading your existing account to HSBC Premier.0 -

I am eligible for this, and have a "donor" bank account ready to go - helped by the fact that there doesn't seem to be any Direct Debit requirements associated with the switch. The one question I do have, is whether it is essential my salary is currently coming into the donor account. At present, my salary is paid into my main account (which I certainly don't want to close / switch). I am happy for my salary to go into the HSBC account (once opened), but am wondering whether I have to go through the rigmarole of first getting my salary paid into the donor account and only then, completing the account switch. Or can I arrange the account switch, and separately (manually) arrange for my employer to pay my salary intothe new HSBC Premier account? The T&Cs are not entirely conclusive (to my eye), and I am conscious that, unlike most account switches, where the new account doesn't care where the money comes from, as long as it meets the monthly minimum payin criteria - in this case, it appears that HSBC are cracking down, and expect to see payroll credits evidencing £100k income coming in.Anyone got any thoughts (or prior experience)0

Yes, you can arrange for your employer to pay your salary into your new HSBC Premier account after it has been opened1

Any ideas what a £100k salary translates into monthly - what are they expecting to see come in? Appreciate it varies due to tax, salary sacrifice, pension contributions etc
It also looks like the switching offer is stricter than the normal criteria they use to open a premier account where you only need to show income of £100k rather than a salary of over £100k
"Annual income
You have an individual annual income of at least £100,000, and pay it into your HSBC Premier Bank Account."
