Robbed(?)

I've just been browsing the web for realtones for my mobile phone and was expecting to pay about £3 for one.

I went to a download site and entered my mobile number expecting that any payment they'd take would be subject to me requesting a tone. I was about to read the smallprint which came AFTER I entered my number but got 8 texts one after the other and my £15.02 credit has been reduced immediately to 2p. I haven't even got round to looking at their site never mind ordering anything.

I'm sent them an email asking for a refund (I doubt I'll get a response) but my flabber is totally ghasted. £15 for a service I haven't even received? Is that legal?

Please somebody give me some advice. I can't afford to lose £15 just like that and not get a service in return
