I got a positive recently that just says "arrived.. thanks" The paranoid part of me can't help thinking that this means it arrived but they weren't happy with it. Aaargh.. that bugs me every time I look at my feedback! I wonder what buyers think.

I actually left .... arrived, thanks ....so someone who kept asking me to leave feedback, blah blah...... its optional, I will if I want to (I do most of the time, except when item is below expectation, postage excessive and using 2nd class, ebay wont let me - had this recently, kept saying I had already left it, or I forget)!!!!!

    Just dont remind me!!:D

i'm waiting for feedback on a couple of items i sold - mainly just so i know i can throw out the proof of postage certificates. just went to check if one of them had left any recently and saw all 37 bits of feedback they've left with the single word 'cheers'. (and since they have a score of 79 and have only left feedback for 37, i think i'll wait a few more weeks then throw out the certificate as i don't see me getting a token 'cheers' myself!)

    Thanks everyone

Ps are u ever disappointed when someone just writes eg. "all fine", when you the seller have been a lot BETTER than that!

i had a customer once and their parcel went missing (recorded delivery). i emailed them every day to check they had their item, she had my mobile number and was contacting me and was fine with me. eventually i sent her a replacement item out and gave a partial refund. i got a neg with 'waited ages for postage & sent wrong item.'

she KNEW the item had been posted, went missing and that i had posted a replacement with partial refund, she was happy with this when we spoke on the phone and still left a neg like a complete !!!!.

needles to say, i sent her a strongly worded text.

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
