Trying to change provider but no other companies think I have broadband - Help please!

I'm out of contract and want to change broadband provider.
However when I go onto their sign up pages it says broadband not available in my property, which is bixarre as I am using it, and paying for it.
Please does anyone know why this might have happened?
Our neighbours haven't had any similar issues.
The only thing I can think of is that we removed the home phone line from our contract, but I don't know what differnce this would make moving forward.
Please can anyone suggest a way forward for us.
Thanks

Are you trying to upgrade to a fibre service? What do you have currently and with which provider, and who are you looking to move to?0

You'll need to post everything asked for above and:How long you've been using the service you have at the moment? What results do you get from MSE search? https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/compare-broadband-deals/Have you ever had problems with your postcode? Can you speak to any neighbour to see which service they have?0
