Opening a Cash Isa account online

Bank of Ireland UK only seem to have option to open a cash ISA with a cheque or by transferring from another ISA account, they won’t take a debit card pending relevant checks. This really restricts who can open one or is there a way around this?

A bit cumbersome perhaps but you could presumably open an ISA with a provider who does support your preferred method of funding, and transfer it to BoI?
