I have read the MSE unfair charges. Tried to understand the how to appeal steps. I got worn out trying. I received a notice via snail mail that id like to dispute/appeal. Today the bbelow arrived via text. Questions if I may please. How in earth did they get my mobile number to send a text? Or is it a separate coincidental…

Thanks for confirmation. ECP is the usual parking firm operating at Morrisons stores.

I’m just wondering whether there is any link between the scam text you’ve received and ECP? It’s not a link I’ve seen before, but the forum will log this and keep an eye on any further pattern developing.

Meantime, complain direct to Morrisons manager (I also think they have a web based pro forma to utilise). I’m pretty sure you can head this off successfully.
