Hi
In case it hasn't been mentioned before I have just seen Tandem have this flexible Instant Access ISA accepting transfers in too. Can open a portfolio ISA with them mixing instant access and FR Isas.

I asked them today whether they had plans to reduce the rate of their ISA, however, CS said that they don't know ahead of announcements.
Fair enough. I shall leave my money where it is then because no point moving from a 3.75 to a 4.00 if that moves to 3.75 a few days later really.0 -
Thanks for this, now opened!Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

It's worth noting that you can only transfer-in to Tandem from an ISA provider who uses the BACs ISA transfer service.

Sadly, this means I can't transfer-in from a fixed rate ISA of mine that has recently matured. I normally only deal with providers who do electronic transfers, however this was a local building society who had a good rate at the time (5.55%) but who don't use that service.
I guess one option is to transfer to an easy access ISA with a provider who is on the list first, with the hope that (a) this won't take too long and (b) rates won't change during that time. Hmmm....
