It is getting much colder and darker, are you allowed some leeway for staying same weight for winter rather than continuing losing, or does that muck up the process? I'm definitely starting to tuck into the hibernation calories! It gets to mid October and suddenly afternoon biscuits with a cup of tea are essential 😂

I agree, but the problem is, I haven't got very far this year at all, so I'd quite like to lose some! I am trying to switch towards comfort food though. I definitely don't expect miracles in winter, and would be happy not to gain.

Well done on your PAD you are doing amazing.
Dark cold weather call for soup my fav at the moment is Chicken Soup, packed with veg and some pearl barley.

I actually find it easier to lose in winter with plenty of stews, curries, soups etc. The problem in summer is that eating salad doesn't really do it for me as it's not very filling and I don't really want to eat hot food.
