Friend came round and happily took the bits I'd put aside for her and her kids, nice to know they've got some new things, nice to clear out some stuff, and some of the items had sentimental value so it's especially nice to know they've gone to an old best friend and her family

I was so tired yesterday after walking around and going to my class that I missed the Soundbath last night. I just could not face walking there and back in the cold so I had an early night instead.
I feel much better today and am off to my class this morning. I am going to do a big declutter of our wardrobes when I get home as I asked the cleaners to avoid that area as I wanted to go through everything myself.
I had a class yesterday and I sent a text to the tutor to see if he could see me on a one to one basis so I need to sort that out next week.
I have a class and a book group tomorrow.
OATs for next week are to organise the one to one class and I have five classes, a walk, an event to go to and a show at the theatre. Oh, and the cleaners are coming back to deep clean downstairs.

An OAT on the cards for me today - I'm taking my sewing machine in for repair. It broke rather annoyingly during a volunteer quilt sewing day a few weeks ago, but I'm also going to get them to repair the reverse lever which has been snapped off for about 15 years so it definitely counts as an OAT 😂😂

I've copied all my files off my dying laptop. I've done allllll the dishes, soaked n scrubbed the dog bowls, cleaned the microwave.
Last night I finished sorting a bag of old stuff from the 90s. I kept a magazine just for the humour factor. I've unclogged a slow draining sink.
