You'll beat me at wussy situps attempts soon just like you've done at books read in 2025 😂
What's your technique and aim for chair squats? I could really do with improving the muscles around my chronic pain condition knees but everything I ever try just makes them worse!

I fully read your snacks list to the tune of The 12 Days of Christmas

I'll be following along in the background @KajiKita.  I've just set myself a target to pay off a £200k mortgage in 5 years (god loves a trier comes to mind).  Although bearing in mind a little over 10 years ago I never thought we would even get back on the property ladder, I'm definitely hopeful.  Anyway good luck and enjoy life while you achieve it - which I'm sure you will!

    Thank you :)

It is completely unknowable, what opportunities will come our way. The thing is to recognise them when they do appear and grab them quick before they fade ... :)
