Interesting to note that they refer to the PCN and then added the fake £70 as if it were a contract.

The only contract is the sign in the car park and if as they say it mentions the £70, can this be seen easily or is it in the small print ?

Could you take a pic of the sign as if you were driving in and post it here

The £70 is just a fake amount which judges know about. As said, take no notice of a debt collector begging letter. If you get a letter before claim, come back here

I've edited the title as the PCN is for a different company, please let me know if I need to make another thread for it. Apologies again for any mistakes I'm making, throwing the disability card out immediately but it doesn't take much to confuse me

The Euro Car Parks is for a car park at Surbiton Health Centre and the driver was there for a valid appointment with someone so I'm going to get that tomorrow but will also take a photo of the sign. Thank you for the advice!

Yes, I was just trying to keep my comments all in one thread - should I make a different thread for each one? I'm awaiting responses to my complaint for the company that went to BWLegal and Euro Car Parks is being dealt with. I ask about different threads as I've received one from Kingston as a sticker on my windscreen after not being able to find a disabled bay and I don't know if I should detail that here or start another thread?

Ok sorry, that's my mistake. I'll change the title for this one and as I haven't heard back from Euro Car Parks I'll wait until I do. Complaint sent to the owning company for the BW Legal letter so will wait for an update and create a separate one for the Kingston PCN.
