@DaedricPrince and @ArtyJ931 thanks so much for your kind words. It’s a massive step for me as my current company has been my only employer since leaving uni but I’m not terrified despite leaving some very close friends behind which tells me everything!
@ArtyJ931 fitting my running in is one thing that’s stressing me a little at the minute as although I’m really not great at it, it is part of me and I know mentally and physically when I’ve not been consistent! I’m a solo morning runner typically as I run out of energy in the evening, but my plan is to get the consistency and fitness back and then rejoin my running club so at least I have that little bit of me time ring fenced every week.

I struggle to fit it in too. I'm not a great runner - my watch registers it as a walk and I have to change it every time LOL But it's 30-40 mins 2-3 times a week where I amble around listening to a podcast. I don't have little children to care for but I still find it difficult to fit in. I also run out of energy in the evening and then there is the thing of running long enough after eating etc. I also have to fit in an hour dog walk every evening so all round it's a constant struggle.
Do you do a park run? That's quite motivating too :)

This was supposed to be supportive of the struggle - not taking over the convo!
