55 dvds out and a few small frogs. Still creating more mess than I've tidied. Probably my bedroom is tidiest but been ordering dresses for a wedding so getting abit busy but when I was with Dd1 on a video call ( to help with dress selection) she said 'mum, you need to tidy your bedroom.

That was yesterday so waiting for the calm to emerge from the chaos . Packaged up dresses to return. One gorgeous one which is probably too long, v expensive and no idea where I would wear - dd1 said pub, popping round to friends but as its dry clean only and i'm accident prone I will return and if I get invited to an event find something then !

I have pulled lots.of things out to list and managed to get a small old clock work as I considered who could help repair it.

Feel abit better having tidied the kitchen and going to keep going. Photo of my chinoiserie clock, seems to run abit slow but then so does everything and everyone older and my notepad made from the dvd labels which I find v useful.

Young J is here putting another coat of paint on the front door.

Bright and sunny but a bit colder due to the wind direction.

I will ask J to look at my new watch when he has finished painting.

Morning all - quiet couple of days expected as no GCs. I could have had a lie in but Sox is set on 6.30 am as breakfast time and no extra sleeping is permitted. Guess who is the boss in this house?

I made a good start on the frogs but will leave the rest until tomorrow. A pottering day I think.

Not sure any of my things look like real decluttering. DD will be here for a few days soon and I plan to get stuff down out of the loft - mainly pictures - they either need to go on a wall or to CS. I need to look for something to go in the hall - a bench with shoe storage and chase up plumber to come and put new radiator on the wall. I'm off to potter and find something to declutter.

Hi, I decluttered my glasses last Wednesday. I have been wearing Poundland glasses since. Mr V just found my glasses whilst pegging the washing out, in the washing machine. Trouser pocket I expect.

I hand sewed half the quilt binding yesterday. It may not be as neat with the right glasses on!

I got all the knitting and crochet out yesterday. 32 hats, 7 kids jumpers, 2 scarves a pair of mittens, 9 lap blankets and a baby blanket. Got time to do another couple of lap blankets I think, before I post them all off.

It is a beautiful day here so a spot of weeding in the front garden and when the sun gets round the back , some tidying of pots. Lots of pots have gone recently. Given away, sold, broken. I will count the remains, I expect there to be about 50! Far too many whatever.

I have also been trying to find homes for all my pictures. There are loads down the sides of some drawers in the dining room. I am trying to clear the decks a bit before my builder comes and starts knocking the wall down between the sitting and dining room. No date but I don't want to have to do it in a rush.

Gotta go, Mr V has made my lunch.

J put a coat of paint on the front door.

He sorted out my new watch. I must remember to put the watch sound off tomorrow in Church.

J hung the picture in my bedroom.

I need to make a cover for my industrial sewing machine.

I finished making the cover for my printer - it got put on hold while I was making cushion covers.

A lovely day here today. Haven’t been around for a while away in the van and life just generally busy. Still plenty done though.

Just managed to catch up, thank you everyone for all your messages about my mum, thankfully she is home now since Wednesday teatime and feels a bit better she had a very bad chest infection.

It's been a very busy week what with mum being in hospital, cat sitting for a friend Monday and Tuesday, DS had a friends birthday party on the Sunday and college Wednesday's and Thursday, I've had trouble remembering what day I was on.

Been lovely day today all washing done and out on the line just need to keep on top of the ironing.

Sales have slowed down but that's more to do with me not listing like I did at the beginning of the month.

Finished a couple of diamond art one of them I'm not happy with as some of the symbols was very light and couldn't make out what they were, I have put my things away so I can focus on my 2 college courses.

Need to get back on with the decluttering apart from general things not really done much over the last week.

@Deb4 great news that your mum is home and recovering well.

Wrote and delivered a thank you card - slow going but nice to be outside for a change. Frustrated that I can’t be making use of the lovely weather to tidy up the garden however some paper filed, some shredded and 7 more items went to the jumble sale this morning. That’s a win in my book.

This morning had some energy so some cleaning and abit of tidying, packaging out x2, new cs bag started with large xmas stocking we-ve never used, 3 dvds out, some filing , a cable, ood food , towel for recycling.
