Ah guys, further update. So got no where yesterday with TT to try get a deadlock letter, infuriatingly! I've just got off the phone to UW who should of had my account today to cancel...and guess what, they can't see anything to do with my account still! On the plus BRSK installed yesterday and speeds are amazing in comparison!! Now just to solve the problem of having 2 suppliers
