Does anyone have an experience in GH paper transfers in?
I applied for 4.21% fixed and requested full transfer from Teachers BS. At the end of my application GH asked me to download, print, sign and post transfer form. My question is - will GH accept a signed form sent by e-mail as an attachment?
TIA

If they've asked you to post it I doubt they'll accept an email.1

I’ve just, started an isa transfer from YBS that matures on the 01/01/26 to Gatehouse bank.
Very simple process, The usual name, Ni number etc.
Did not even need account number.
YBS gave me a nine digit code to put in reference box / roll number box.
Within 3 minutes I had a text to say it’s being processed, same day, an email to confirm.
Then another email to confirm new account open, just waiting for funds.
Should take 5 or 7 working days.
All done online, via Pc, as needs to be done off the app. As no option in app.

That's what I thought should have happened. I think it depends on which institution you are transferring from, for some of them it has to be a paper form.Bigwheels1111 said:I’ve just, started an isa transfer from YBS that matures on the 01/01/26 to Gatehouse bank.

The form was pre-populated, just needed signature and date. I posted it today so hopefully will hear from them next week. I'm moving a relatively large sum from 3.95% to 4.21% so it's worth the hassle, but I wish GH were accepting scanned copies by e-mail, some providers do.0
