I don't understand what you are asking. How would money be coming out of your account? Which account?

Can you log into your Lebara account and freeze the SIM?

Your phone is presumably locked so if you mean the subscription to Lebara then you'd need to contact them and get a replacement sim or cancel the contract and get a new number.
  • Use Find my Phone
    Lock the phone remotely
    Any banking apps on there?

You can cancel the direct debit, but it is far more sensible to contact lebara and get them to cancel the sim.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

It wont be a DD with Lebara, it will be a continuous card authority thing. He or she needs to contact them.

We’re both being as vague as each other! I meant cancel the DD or CCA with the bank, and I suspect that you mean exactly the same. :)

If it's a rolling 30 days deal and card payment, then auto renew may be tuned off in the Lebara account. Select "Manage".
A 12 months contract, then contact them.
O.P. needs to provide more information.

Which would have Lebara chasing them for money due, & unpaid markers on their credit history.
