Lost my phone with lebara sim, how do I stop any more money coming out of account?

Your phone is presumably locked so if you mean the subscription to Lebara then you'd need to contact them and get a replacement sim or cancel the contract and get a new number.textbook said:So lost my phone, how do stop anymore money coming out of my account?
I use my email address
Phone might turn up though0 -
Use Find my Phone
Lock the phone remotely
Any banking apps on there?1 -
You can cancel the direct debit, but it is far more sensible to contact lebara and get them to cancel the sim.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1

We’re both being as vague as each other! I meant cancel the DD or CCA with the bank, and I suspect that you mean exactly the same.la531983 said:
It wont be a DD with Lebara, it will be a continuous card authority thing. He or she needs to contact them.GDB2222 said:You can cancel the direct debit

No vagueness here mate, I have two Lebara SIM cards and know exactly how they take the money

If it's a rolling 30 days deal and card payment, then auto renew may be tuned off in the Lebara account. Select "Manage".A 12 months contract, then contact them.O.P. needs to provide more information.

Which would have Lebara chasing them for money due, & unpaid markers on their credit history.GDB2222 said:Life in the slow lane1
