Hi all. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you all a happy new year.

We go away in Jan so only home for a week. We have no left overs from Christmas as we have been away but I filled the freezer before that.

Hoping to get away for under £30.00

If that is possible it will give us a good start to the year

Going for £125 this month. Would have been less but I’m doing Veganuary. Away for two weeks of the month.

I'm hoping to stay under £150 for January, but as my budget is £3000 for the year it's an aim, rather than a hard target. We still have more entertaining to do over the festive period, up to 12th night, and I know I need more veg and to make curry, and trifle (an eclectic mix!). Stay frugal, chums!
    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I saved £14,660.97 of £6000 or 244.35% of my target. The 2026 Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I finished the year at £2880.99/£3000 or 96.03% of my annual spend so I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026

I’d like to join you again for 2026 please.
I work with an annual budget (that covers all household items and food/drink for our family) of £5000 split into £400 per month with an extra £200 on bulk items/emergency supplies.
I haven’t declared for 2025 yet as I have one more shop to do on 29/12

    Thank you
