I generally add chickpeas to my butternut squash curries to make it got that bit further and also add in some protein. Would that work for you @ShelivesintheShire? It's actually my favourite vegetable curry!7

I generally add some frozen spinach to all my curries. Fresh might be quicker but I can never get through a bag quick enough and I don't find it freezes as well as buying it ready frozen!Suffolk_lass said:

trying to keep the spends as low as possible this month so I can put any savings towards a holiday this year.
this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk7 -
My first shop of the year came in at £35.10. £1 in Morries for a pack of cooking bacon and £34.10 in Lids, but this included 2 jars of my favourite lemon tea, and will keep me going until the end of the month. I also got some chicken drumsticks and some sausages, to get back to normal meals after the Christmas fare. Still plenty of meat in the freezer, so hoping spend a lot less this month.7

Afternoon all,
I have just received a spend £30 save £5 from Lidl but only 7 days to use it.
For those of you with the App check to see if you have one to.
I wasn't planning to go any time soon but seems too good to ignore. I will have to work out a careful list to take advantage of the saving without, buying things l don't need or spending more than necessary.Current Balance £22,000
