I was about to post the same thing as my details say Dunstable but another thread says there is a new address at Southampton.. Plus what do you send in - is it just a copy of the first page of the bill? Or does it have to be originals of everything. What information do you have to send about your details re CPW.0

Hi,
I saved the screen shot and it only says that "send the forth bill back" and nothing more. I will call them to find out.
Thanks0 -
Hi Everyone,
I called the customer service, and the address is the southamptone one. In case you don't know, here is the detail address:
The Carphone Warehouse
Redemptions
PO BOX 356
Southampton
SO30 2PG
He also said that I only need to send the first two pages of the bill, but I will send the whole, just in case.0 -
I've got an e2save phone (subsiduary of CPW). Their cashback address is in Dunstable and they ask for first two pages of the bill (front and back). A printed version from your online bill is OK, but more importantly the terms state you need to complete and return the cashback slip (came with the phone or available from their website), send by recorded delivery *and* include a letter with your contact numbers. I guess failure to abide by any of those terms might give them a get out, so best comply fully with the T&C of the cashback. Again, these will be on their website.Signature on holiday for two weeks0
