Well, a little story from me this time....
Was up early today, so while out and about l popped in the local co-op corner shop. While waiting to use their new self-service till (one of two they must have fitted since January). The shop staff was emptying one of them (jammed or something technical). She was emptying the coin bucket, and l noticed that a section had £2 coins. The staff lady remarked that all these coins are a pain to bag up, especially the £2 ones, because they keep jamming. I said half jokingly. I'll swap you some notes for a few of them £2 coins. Just then, the manager/ store supervisor popped is head around the corner and said, "If you got the notes, let the gentleman have some of them."
So today l have £52 !
Now that's what l call a result! 👍
New total £244

Startled yikes of delight at a £2 in my taxi change. (Poor man thought I didn't recognise the coin.) Storage Pig duly updated.
