UKCPS PoFA received - behind Leeds Railway station

Hi,
I have read the NEWBIE forum/posts and I am still unsure on how to appeal this, or if I even should!
I received the below PoFA (NOT non-PoFA, which is confusing me based on reading other threads...) on 17/12 for stopping on the yellow lines behind Leeds Railway station/opposite the multi-storey on 10/12. They have 3 photos of the car, one at 23:40 and another at 23:50 showing my husband getting into the passenger side. None of these photos clearly show the driver as it was night and the glare from the lights are hiding my face.
The reasons I am uncertain of ignoring is:
A) I was stopped on double yellows - albeit my excuse was that I didn't leave the vehicle and could have moved at any time if I was causing an issue/obstruction - am I screwed because I breached the Highway Code?;
My husband is the Registered Keeper and I don't want to land him with a CCJ if I do the wrong thing;
C) My PCN is a PoFA, not non-PoFA and I am struggling to understand where this leaves me?
D) I was stopped for 10 minutes and I clearly picked someone up so... I was being a bit of a kn*b!
My first question though is, UKCPS don't appear on the BPA's list so how did they even get granted the RK's details from the DVLA? I read through PoFA 2012 and it says they have to be BPA registered?
Second, PoFA also talks about "relevant land" which I think may have something to do with it being railway land? But I am unclear from threads on this.
Third, I do not believe that there were any signs up for me to know UKCPS were in control of this land, but it was dark. I do need to go back and check this for myself. However, the PCN below doesn't show me what "rules" I have breached i.e., what sign I should have noticed. Is this mandatory that they show this on the PCN itself, as that's what PoFA seems to suggest in Section (2)(b). Is this correct? If so, is this how I get out of this?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Ignore
Await any claim from Moorside3 -
There are 2 trade bodies registered with the DVLA system
UKCPS are IPC AOS members and have been for over a decade
Well known trap site, ( there are others like Piccadilly train station in Manchester. ) read this recent case

Its currently an unregulated industry, so dont expect mandatory anything3 -
Thank you, Gr1pr - I did read this but I was worried as this one is non-PoFA and mine isn't. Is this relevant?Gr1pr said:There are 2 trade bodies registered with the DVLA system

just deal with any court claim3 -
Just so I'm 100% super clear - I reply to nothing unless it is an official court letter?ChirpyChicken said:

I just read some threads from this year that say that UKCPS have started pursuing claims recently but hadn't for around 3 years.
Am I not on a losing foot because I was stopped for 10 minutes?0 -
Ignore anything but the following letters
A formal Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice from Moorside Legal
Within the next 6 years
An N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, a Money Claim
Within the next 6 years
Nobody is losing anything of great value, this will eventually be sorted out in a court claim, or it will time out2 -
Thank you. I just don't understand how it will be "sorted out" in a court claim if I've not attempted to defend myself? I am worried that because of the 10 minute wait time and the double yellows that I will be viewed as wilfully breaking rules and ordered to pay if it did get to court?Gr1pr said:Ignore anything but the following letters

you dont understand how the legal side of the parking industry works which if you did you would probably understand why you wait for a court claimFumbles said:

I absolutely don't! I am an honest bean, but I begrudge paying this as I was no hinderance or bother to anyone. I kept a lookout to make sure I wasn't in anyone's way, but I do feel that I was "technically" in the wrong!ChirpyChicken said:
