My wages get paid into Santander, so naturally they get transferred to my savings account after 20.30 the day before I get paid.
And the day before my standing orders go out for my regular savers, my current account gets loaded with savings from Santander after 20.30 too

I made a FP deposit into Bucks BS RS at 23:00 Sunday evening and the transaction is shown online dated as Monday.

It may well do, but the lists on p1 go by the date the payment earns interest from, which may differ from the date displayed on the transaction.
