Betfair account issues

You have my unending sympathy. 20 years ago I was going to present a TV show on poker which Betfair were going to underwrite. However, negotiations between the TV company and Betfair broke down quite quickly in the planning stage with my producer fuming that "Betfair have to be the most arrogant company I have ever tried to deal with". The show was shelved until GetMinted picked it up.
I have also had issues with BF through my own account and, to date, they owe me over £600 in legitimate winnings that they have withheld before closing my account. And, apart from their pathetic Live Chat, they are uncontactable. A law unto themselves. I have given up all hope of ever getting financial redress; like you, I am getting old and there just seems to be more important things left to do ...

My Betfair account has been reactivated. I have not been given any explanation as to why it was closed or what triggered a review. But at least the account is fully operational again.0
