Well I thought it was all over… Absolute shambles of a company.
After receiving the email with the letter attached saying no further payment was due, I've received a letter through the post saying they cannot cancel the ticket and offered to reduce it to £20. Both are dated the 28th Jan.
I'm assuming something has gone wrong at their end and the physical letter was sent out in error. I've logged on to the portal and it says £0 due (and I've taken a snip from!).
Am I safe to ignore this letter? Should I flag it with them, or is there anyone I can complain to about it?

Always safe to ignore daft letters from parking firms, until they finally get regulated. Horrific companies operating 'an outrageous scam' say MPs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I suspect you confused the dimwits by appealing and getting the landowner cancellation they have just answered your appeal.
If you have a cancellation letter you have a cancellation letter!
