Want to transfer out of my Trading 212 cash isa

I tried to transfer out of my T212 cash isa to a fixed NatWest account.
I put in the roll number box section my Customer Id from 212.
Got a message from NatWest to say contact them. Turns out I provided the incorrect number so I gave them cash isa account Id instead.
I have set up a Tembo fixed 4.3% just incase. However I am unsure what to put in the isa account number section? The options from 212 are Customer id, cash isa account id and isa account id.
Any help appreciated.

It should be the number identifying the account that you wish to transfer. So the one you have now provided to Natwest looks right.1

I am in process of transferring out from T212 to a different bank and waiting for T212 to receive the request. Use cash isa account ID.1

I think I may have passed the deadline to transfer in now with NatWest. Which is why I set up a Tembo account.
