Kroo flexible ISA transfer to Skipton

The transfer of a KROO ISA to Skipton needs to be done on paper, no electronic transfer.
The form requests the ISA account number, but KROO ISAs do not have an account number but rather an 18 alpha-numeric reference, which I got from KROO.
Anyone know what is put in the form to transfer the ISA. The Kroo sort code and the reference?
Thanks for any info.

Whenever you do an online transfer an ISA which has a reference number or non-standard account number, you usually put it in the 'reference/roll number field' on the ISA transfer form as that tends to be a free text field (so you're not restricted to the usual 8 numerical digits).
If a paper transfer form has an 8-box field for this then you would do the same with that type of form, too.
I would also put the sort code associated with your account in the sort code field.1
