LLyds bank Suspect fraud.- They want me to go to branch ! HELP!

I have a bit of social anxiety regarding this hence asking, please assist as you can xx
In the UK I made an online payment of £450, to the sellers account number and sort code.
This is the First time I made this payment to this company, it is legit and I know who they are.
I entered their sort code, account number and received a text on my phone for verification.
The online banking site then blocked the payment and gave me the number to ring for fraud prevention, as it is looked like a suspicious payment. I can confirm it isn't and I did it genuinely.
When phoning their fraud team, they said I have to go to the branch with a form of ID, Passport/ driving licence to verify this payment.
I am happy to go to the branch, and am glad they take fraud seriously.
When I go to the llyds branch and what will I be expected to do by the llyds staff behind the counter?
I have heard from a family member that the bank staff ask you "are you sure you are not being scammed" so many times.
a) What would be expected when I get there?
b) Will I have to speak to the fraud team again on the phone, while in branch?
c) or the branch staff will do this, and just would want me in front of them so the branch staff will only speak to the fraud team.
d) What questions will they typically ask me when I am there? Regarding this transaction which I can confirm I did do
e) What was your experience? and what bank was it with you had to go into ?
anyone had the same from Llyds bank specifically ?
Thank you, as I feel a bit anxious around this time, Christmas in some days coming up.
xxx

Just go into the branch, like they've asked, and you'll find out all the answers when you get there.3

Go with a family member or friend if it helps you. Have you also tried to repeat the declined payment? Maybe it's the other account and not your issue.0

I would advise against repeating the payment
I had to do this and they were very kind in the branch - they checked my ID and then the branch called the fraud team and ask them to release the money1 -

If you have a copy of the bill/invoice you are paying and/or any related correspondence take a copy with you0

The bank are very unlikely to ring the company, and even if they did, the company would be unlikely to tell them anything due to confidentiality/data protection.Would the bank/fraud team go to the extreme and phone the company who provided the bill (the person being paid) just to confirm they asked for the money to be sent to them ?0 -
a couple of years ago when I was having my new house renovated I was regularly going into my Lloyds branch to get cash to pay my builders the staff were brilliant. Firstly they ask to see your ID, then they will give you a leaflet to read then they will ask you a number of questions just to make sure you are not being scammed. I was going in drawing out between £3k and £10k a time. I only had to go through the process a couple of times because they got to know me and we used to chat about how the building was coming and I would show them photos.
They are not out to get you they are trying to protect you. Take someone with you for support if you need it but don't take them to the counter with you because if you are nervous I fear they may be worried that the person with you is coercing you. Try and relax, it's not a bad experience3 -
