Anyone able to login to their account on the 1pMobile website?

It's doing something very strange for me.
The main web page loads but when I click on "Login" it re-directs me back to my own IP address.

Don't know about alanwsg but i am using Windows Brave Browser and just checked again and still cannot log-in  and getting the same message.

    This site can’t be reached

77.100.186.92 took too long to respond.

Not got 1pMobile on my phone apart from calls and text.

I suspect You'll find that IP address is your own - (goto https://www.ipchicken.com/ to see).

Still can't get in this morning, and I can't send them a message to let them know there's a problem ("Contact us" page gets the same result).

I'm on another forum (ISPreview) where people are having the same problem. Seems to be random, some get straight in, some fail.

  • Alan, try via a VPN... for some strange reason if I try to connect with my VPN paused, it won't connect, with the VPN it works every time. That is from my iPhone/Firefox on the EE/1p network. The VPN is pretending to be in the UK (also works if I pretend to be in another country), it is NordVPN.

Well, interesting. I tried "Tunnelbear" VPN which I have on my phone and connected via Norway.

Using that I could connect and login to my account, but when I tapped "Contact us" to try to report the problem, I got the same result - time-out because it was trying to connect back to my own IP address.

Also can't login to 1PMoblie. Initially on a PC, Laptop (Windows 10 Firefox, Linux Firefox)  or Mobile phone Android using Chrome (on a mobile connection) none would login. All strangle end up at my home IP address in the can't connect page, apart from the mobile.
Then I found PC with a VPN (Norton in my case) and using that it does allow login.
But found the contact page didn't work via VPN as well.
Thanks Frozen_up_north for the VPN suggestion.
My house internet is via a Zyxel Mobile router using a 1PMobile SIM (with 100GB data allowance). My mobile is also 1PMobile.

    pi@RASPI-4B:~ $ curl --head https://1pmobile.com/log-in
    HTTP/1.1 302 Moved
    Content-Length: 0
    Location: http://31.94.26.73
    Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0

The above is the result of trying to access the webpage from my Raspberry PI.
For the geeks among us, it's returning an HTTP 302 - page moved header.
That means it's saying the page has moved BUT it's saying it's moved to MY IP address (31.94.26.73)
