is it ok if I mentioned im the registered keeper of the car? I want to appeal stating that there's no evidence the car is parked, instead it's stopped. And that the sign was also unreadable for someone in the position where the car was pictured

A double yellow on private land is essentially meaningless.

But there is an expectation that it will at least mean the same as double yellows on the public highway.

If they want to deviate away from the norm there is extra onus to make it abundantly clear. A sign saying "no stopping for even a millisecond" is pretty impossible contractually, but that is the understanding around double red lines on the highway so they should be using red lines instead for starters.

Yep. But appeal is pointless. Ignore!

Have you read the NEWBIE sticky and, in particular, the thread about debt collectors and how useless and powerless they are?

Ok just read it, but my thing is what happens if I was actually in the wrong? I’m not sure if I was allowed to park there or not

Also in case this goes to court, where can I find the court advice here? I don’t think I saw it in the newbies thread

What stage are you at?  Presumably you have received a PCN (and we can see you have received debt collector hamster bedding); why are you assuming you are in the wrong?  Have you received a letter before/of claim?  The NEWBIE sticky takes you through the process from receipt of PCN to receipt of claim form, submitting a defence, N180 form, mediation, providing a witness statement and onto hearing.
