What counts as new customer for Sky broadband offers?

Hi. My partner and my currently have Sky for broadband in our flat but we will be cancelling as we have just bought a house and will be moving soon .
We've seen that Sky is currently doing good offers for new customers.
If my partner was to sign up to Sky for the new House (different name and new address) would he be considered new customer?
(I am the main account holder for our current Sky subscription.)
