Complain about it direct to the Fort Shopping Park,  Birmingham,  managing agents,  or landowners,  or both, mentioning the Equality Act 2010 and demanding a cancellation ASAP

Were the pcns from. PCM UK LTD and now Moorside Legal are chasing them up. ?

A google search mentions the owners etc

The Fort Shopping Park in Birmingham is owned by Invesco Real Estate and George Capital, but for day-to-day management and tenant inquiries, you'd typically contact the centre's management office or their appointed managing agent/property manager; while specific agents aren't listed in snippets, check The Fort's official website (thefort.co.uk) or search for "The Fort Shopping Park property management" for current contacts.
Here's how to find the right contact:
    1. Visit The Fort's Official Website: Go to thefort.co.uk and look for sections like "Contact Us," "Centre Management," or "About Us".
    2. Search for the Management Company: Use terms like "The Fort Birmingham property management," "The Fort Centre Manager," or "The Fort agent" on Google to find property management firms handling the site.
    3. Check Retail Property Portals: Websites for major retail property consultants (like Savills, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield) sometimes list management details for large retail parks.
    Key Owners (for context):
    • Invesco Real Estate & George Capital: Acquired The Fort in 2021.
