So I had my mediation appointment the other day and offered zero. The latest on MCOL is saying this:

Your claim was transferred to MEDWAY on 16/03/2026

I presume that means it has been transferred to the court. Do you think it’s still possible they will discontinue the case?

Yes DCB Legal frequently discontinue before the hearing fees need paying.

No idea because we don't know anything about the claim or PCN or even which PPC?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, it has been transferred. Was this the court that you requested on your N180 - DQ?

Correct. I guess if the client chooses not to continue and pay the court fees then the case will be absolved.
