Wait until they are on offer then buy them again and take the original ones back on the original receipt provided of course you haven't worn them or taken labels off. That way you still get the saving.
Matalan do you get 28 days for a refund ??0 -
Bought lots last night and it was all 20% off. Needed the stuff anyway, and was going to buy it a the weekend. So thanks to the OP, as they saved me some cash.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

If they havent changed their policy over the last 2 years then yeah its 28 days refund aslong as you have your reciept... if you dont have the reciept then you may be able to get credit vouchers if you can provide the details of the matalan card the items where bought on. ( i used to work there on the refund desk! lol)
ALSO just a quick tip for all year round shopping... when its approaching the sale... (say a week before? ) Check the BACK of the price tag ... where the barcode and that are... if there is a highlighter pen through the product code or marked on the back of the price label then its 99.9% sure to be going into the sale (id say 100% but allowing for staff error) THATs how they mark their sale items...;)
If its only about a week to the sale.. put the item "on hold" behind customer service so it doesnt sell and go back within 7 days when the sale starts and you can get it for the sale price! Alternatively if there are lots on the rack you can leave it and chance it but its hit and miss whether it will still be in stock when the sale starts.0 -
The 20% off is a special promotion that ends today. The amount is taken off at the till directly, rather than on the price tags. So don't bother looking for prices changes on the price tags. Every single item from a pair of knickers, to Jeans and bedding are included in the sale. My pile should have cost around £90, but actually cost £67 (or thereabouts anyway).Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
