Morning all
Money shuffle all done and the backdated pension payment prioritised.
I love this little bingo card game that I created. It makes me feel really powerful with my money. More so than when I had guaranteed monthly pay each month. I'm not taking my money for granted anymore.

Today's Little win:
The minimum payment has ben paid for the bigger 0% card - £31, so I have removed that from the total.
My husband has been so busy a) working and b) doing the DIY at the weekend so just been able to reconcile the Amex card. It looks like we are over by about £150 for this month. I am going to use next month's money to absorb this as he will be away for 2 weekends and a week with work. I won't have him to feed as well!! The kids and I can be a bit more basic.
Right, I'm off to make a very frugal weekly food list as I don't want to be going much higher than that £150.

Limping through to the end of the week.
Today's little wins:
£2 off the credit card left over from paying all my bills this month.
My hourly rate is going up another £1!
Things that are not wins:
My husband is having to use his credit card for his expenses as his workone was hacked so this will increase his interest most likely but can't ben helped.
I've ordered some coats and jeans to try on at home and used my credit card to pay for them as I have ordered different sizes. I have the money to pay for a coat and a pair of jeans but not 2 coats and 6 pairs of jeans to try. But I'm happy to use my card in this way.
Other than that, roll on Friday pay day!

Yay! Finally pay day!
I did the shuffle and also took all the loose change out of the accounts leaving £6 to slush against debt.
Also paid the £229 not required for council tax towards my husband's credit card so have broken through the £6 barrier and the total is now £5983 and £574 paid off.
Fingers crossed more to come to chuck at it next week through interest on the savings

Today's little win:
The interest has been paid into the savings accounts. I've taken it out and chucked it at the credit cards - £26.
The total of the credit cards that we are paying interest on is now £2028. We still have a way to go but I am very pleased with our progress.

The children didn't earn as much pocket money last month as I allocated so I have chucked the extra £17 towards the debt.

Morning all,
Gosh its been 10 days since my last update! Not much to update here. My husband is currently abroad for work so I can't see his bank accounts so I can't make any changes or see anything until he gets back.
I have, however, sold some more books and put some more things on Vinted, some of which have sold.
So that will be the next money to chuck at the debt.
I have also added some money to my round down pot which I will cash in at some point.
So
£21 Vinted
£4 ish from books
£3 ish from round downs.
So that will be another nice little chunk.

Today's little win:
I've paid the £3 off from the round downs meaning we have now paid off £620.
I posted the parcels on saturday for vinted and the books so hopefully those will be appearing this week.
Next week we will be heading towards the end of the month-ness where we can empty some more accounts and chuck those at the debt as well.

That’s a fab amount to have paid off!
I too am looking forward to the last week of the month when I can see what hasn’t been spent and reallocate to our EF. I don’t expect there to be much as we use a zero-based budget but it looks promising that there’ll be some petrol money left this month.
You have reminded me to look at clearing our books out. It’s been ages since I’ve filled a box!1 -
Today's little win:
The minimum payment of the 0% card has come out so we have now paid off £651 in about 2 months.
