It wouldn't be useless if you had shown the reference number as well,   which a lot of newbies do

Ok so now it’s time for the defence, what should I do to defend myself? I remember NOTHING about that day.

Use the template defence in announcements near the top of the forum  after reading a dozen other recent ECP DCB LEGAL cases on here over the last 5 months 

Follow the sheeple,  dont overthink this

Not sure how, but you've missed the Template Defence thread which is linked in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread right underneath the info about doing the AOS.
