    As you receive AA, if you also receive pension credit you would be getting SDP.
    You need to be clear exactly what benefits  you are receiving, rather than drip feeding information, if you are to receive reliable advice.

    Him using your address for his business should not cause you or him a problem, it’s the living with you that will.

    When you say living alone support, as far as I know there is only one component of ESA that is for having severe disability and living alone. If you are getting care visits for living alone I don’t think it matters.
    I'm hearing that I need to declare everything even if it is a temporary arrangement.

    I would, because if you don’t and it affects your benefit, then you’re in breach of the ToCs and open yourself up to a potential overpayment.
