@Speedbird676 which address have you used on the paper form for Plum, when you submitted it to Vanquis?

The Vanquis Cash ISA Transfer Form didn't have a field for Plum's address only their name where I put Plum Fintech Ltd.

I have eventually managed to transfer to Yorkshire Building society; by sending a paper-based form. It took a month or so. The lesson learnt.
