So great is the greed of these energy suppliers that Octopus get away with selling me all my electricity at the outrageous rate of 7p per kWh and nobody is prepared to do anything to stop this scandalous practice.

I am so enraged, absolutely furious, who can I complain to about such profiteering!

Unfortunately, Octopus Energy want to charge me, and do charge millions of their current customers, about 4 times that price for supplying electricity … that seems the real scandal.

This is another thread that's going to get flogged to death by those that feel hard done by and the rest of us who understand.

There wont be any sort of resolution that will satisfy everyone because for some to win, others will lose out.

Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers

On that, I think we can agree. The issue is who are the ones that understand? Is it those who are prepared to fully explain their understanding, or those who simply think they know best and will keep posting so.

People can make their own minds up. Imho, restricting peoples options is rarely a good solution.

I believe there can be a resolution, and hopefully there will eventually be one. If there is, yes I agree there will be some winners and some losers. I previously posted just that point in this thread.

"Of course there will be winners and losers in any change."
