Have a MoneySavingExpert deal that's been running since end of 2023 at £6.99 per month. Just checked my bank statement and this went from £6.99 to £20 in October. Have had no email, text or notification of a price increase as the texts that come to say "we are taking payment" each month don't say how much. Is this legal without any notification? Luckily its month on month so no contract. Has anyone else seen this sort of increase?
