I'm trying to submit a claim through the Indigo Airline website on behalf of my daughter who has gone off backpacking. I have uploaded her details but is asking me to submit a "3rd party refund claim authorisation letter" The sample letter supplied is as follows;
"To whosever it may concern, I, (full name), hereby authorize the NEFT transfer of INR/(CURRENCY) (AMOUNT) to the account of Mr/Ms (full name). I have understood and accepted the terms and conditions associated with the transfer and have no objection to it. First time I've had to claim. Can anyone help?

Your daughter would be the one who is eligible for the compensation, not you, if she wants you to claim on her behalf then she needs to authorise you to act as a third party.Fordsmythe said:I'm trying to submit a claim through the Indigo Airline website on behalf of my daughter who has gone off backpacking. Thanks for your reply. Yes,fully understand that is my daughters claim but it the page does not let you advance unless you click on "Third Party Refund" So even if my daughter was doing it she would still need to click on the link. See imageMattMattMattUK said:

Can you provide the link to the claim website/form?
Are you sure you are on the official Indigo website and not on a 3rd party claim company website?0 -
Is there more than one person on the booking?0
