I just looked there now. They release it on their You Tube channel. If it's just for personal use and not for republishing then no-one is going to care.
You'll need some extra software to do the copying, I'm in no position to recommend or give guidance about this.1 -

I've attended a couple of funerals that were live streamed and in both cases the funeral directors offered the option of purchasing a recording of the funeral on DVD, perhaps you could ask the university concerned if they have anything similar?1

The Snipping Tool in Windows 11 certainly can record YouTube live streams and save as .mp4 file.1
