  • Thank you. Is there any way of finding out who the landowner is? I have spoken to head office at The Range but not sure how to find out who the landowner is?

I just looked at the letter again. It’s the Letter Before Court Claim so this is different isn’t it? And then the Letter to Claim comes after?

Its not the tenants, so name the retail park or location

Complain about it to the retail park management company, which should have been done from the get go

Parking Eye send out a Letter before Claim,  giving you 30 days notice, regardless of the name,  LoC, or LBC or LBCCC, all the same thing,  a 30 day warning,  required by the rules , before a Money Claim is issued

An actual court claim is an N1SDT Money Claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  so a pack of forms,  coming from a government office building in Northampton  ( do not ignore it. )
