Hi there,
I'm going to assume this will be a stupid question. I've been looking about for the Newbies thread that's been mentioned on most of the CEL discussion I've had a read of and for the life of me I can't find it. Can you tell me how locate it please?
Trying to sort out a bunch of fines issued to my pops and would like to view the details, especially the "LBC reply in post 2" mentioned here.

Go to the very top of this forum, to the several announcements pinned up there ( which you seem to have missed )
Locate the second one down from the top of the forum, NEWBIES, click on it and study it carefully, especially post 2 ( currently in 2nd place, usually in the top 3 )
