It would be unusual for a medical professional to formally say that a cancer has been cured. they more usually say in remission or no evidence of disease, because of the possibility of recurrence in the future.
As above though you need to carefully check the wording of whatever questions you are being asked.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
