Lebara cancelling a sim after the discount period expirers?

I recently got another Lebara SIM that was on sale for just £1 a month for the first seven months through MSE. I plan to use this SIM exclusively for my car's sat nav app. After the seven months, I was hoping to cancel it by just removing the payment option with Lebara, which I’ve done before with another SIM. However, I made the mistake of adding this new SIM to my main Lebara account, so now I have two SIMs on the same account. This complicates things a bit since both phones are linked to one payment method. I saw there's an option to "Delink SIM." Do you think that will actually cancel the SIM after the seven months? Or is there another way to sort this out?

As a general rule unless you get involved SIMs that you pay monthly for do not expire/cancel themselves, they will continue to be in use/charged for.

Delink SIM is more likely just to remove it from your online account.

    Hi,

All you need to do is go into the page for that particular SIM and turn off the Auto Renew.

Unfortunately on my "Your Plans" there is no option to disable the auto renew.

Ah, that must have been what I had already done.    Glad you found it.
