What is the best offer for very infrequent use of a mobile phone?
The idea is to be able to leave it unused for months without paying anything for it, and when the need arises to use it — mainly for browsing the internet and using apps — so that it costs as little as possible (mainly focusing on fees per MB of data, since SMS and calling are only sporadic).

    It used to be the case that with PAYG SIMs, you had to make a chargeable action (call, text etc) every xx months - perhaps 6 months. So do double check whether that is the case before leaving it for months on end
